Helping a friend fill out a domestic violence restraining order and the many forms are in PDFs that have terrible crosslinking actions between fields - if you check one box then another box randomly unchecks, etc.

PDF forms make sense for a lot of applications, and I can see where the details about what affects what would be messed up with revisions
