It's about impacting the world as much as possible. I'm good, so I should impact the world. If you're not good then you shouldn't.

What a bizarre world view you have! Dollar valuations don't have a lot to do with impact. Look up the dot com boom. Employee ownership is the way ahead - how is it fair that profits go to shareholders rather than the people that are doing the work and creating value?
