I can't like posts. Is it because I'm rate limited in true twitter fashion (no explanatory text, no clear limits ever communicated) or is twitter just broken?

Twitter is so strangely confusing and buggy, but I swear somehow Facebook is even worse.

Facebook operationally is a much better website, while the concept isn't as enjoyable. But the actual engineering and implementation is 10x better
