I feel like neurodiverse used like this is weird, diverse implies a distribution not a point. Neuroatypical would make more sense
(really psychoatypical, neuro being coopted to reference psychology is also weird)

Okay a little off topic but I never understood why everyone on slack uses some custom “+1” emoji which reads awkwardly as "plus one three" when it has 3 likes instead of using the ➕ emoji which reads amazing as "plus three"
