private QTing is like someone thinking something about my tweet and not telling me about it. that's 99% of people who read tweets. it's good and there should be more private QTs

95% of the time it's just people QT'ing saying nice things teasingly because OP is complaining about the PQTs or it's people reflecting on how what you said touches on their personal lives in a way that they can't talk about publicly!
