fr though never got a meaningful injury doing crossfit. The variety means you'll avoid overuse injuries, which are the vast majority of injuries in sport

yeah if they just did 5/3/1 and bodybuilding accessories they'd be much better off imo. And I think most of them think crossfit invented rowing machines. You can just do cardio separate, it's way better
