The ratio of effort to results in Crossfit is terrible
You'll feel like you're literally going to die four days a week for a year and look only slightly better than when you started
This. CrossFit is good for building leg and core strength. Maybe grip and traps. Sucks for lats, bis, tris, pecs…basically you can turn your physique into that of a frog with CF. Not the best for hypertrophy
For me it was also just self abuse, I had an easy job and just wanted to be punched in the face
Did have some legit spiritual moments of pain after wods. I met God after open workout 15.5
It really surprises me how thriving the market is for people who want to be abused. My life is very stressful! I don’t need humiliation rituals for “my own good”!
