The ratio of effort to results in Crossfit is terrible You'll feel like you're literally going to die four days a week for a year and look only slightly better than when you started

That was not my outcome, but I sure it’s a ton of effort relative to other training modalities, but you get outsized results as well

This. CrossFit is good for building leg and core strength. Maybe grip and traps. Sucks for lats, bis, tris, pecs…basically you can turn your physique into that of a frog with CF. Not the best for hypertrophy

Honestly it's just not what most people are looking for in terms of results. And also the part about wanting to die, which is totally unnecessary lol
