I did it for four Started because I never really worked out but was 24 and needed to get a grip on this and also needed to meet people desperately It was a decent onboard to barbell sports but I will never do a wod again, fuck that shit

I see, I see. Pre-pandy i did it for a year and was v disappointed, but was also eating v little protein. During pandy I had no options and drifted towards doing CF style stuff in my driveway with plenty of time to control diet.
