The ratio of effort to results in Crossfit is terrible
You'll feel like you're literally going to die four days a week for a year and look only slightly better than when you started
fr though never got a meaningful injury doing crossfit. The variety means you'll avoid overuse injuries, which are the vast majority of injuries in sport
Intensities are pretty moderate tbh, it’s just a ton of volume. I’d expect it to produce more injuries too but I’d also expect it to produce more results, and neither seem to happen
