I did it for four Started because I never really worked out but was 24 and needed to get a grip on this and also needed to meet people desperately It was a decent onboard to barbell sports but I will never do a wod again, fuck that shit

Definitely better shape than when I started but honestly was always disappointed with the muscle growth. I think what happens in a wod for a lot of people is your cardio becomes a bottleneck so you end up doing less quality volume than if you just did normal bodybuilding stuff
