I haven't posted about M1 Macbooks in a while. Feels like I have a whole new cohort of followers who haven't been lectured to.
Buy an M1 Macbook Air. It's like the end of history computer.

The only step up would be promotion display, similar battery life and slightly better I/O to support 2-4K displays i.e. hdmi 2.1 for $1000. I hope it doesn’t take 3 years

Yeah I'm not really a display geek so this doesn't impact my thinking much, but for people who need it the Pros are definitely what they should get
