It's incredibly fast, has zero moving parts, I can compile an android and ios app at the same time, the battery life is better than my phone, it doesn't have the stupid touchbar

zero moving parts so that's why the palm rest is scalding hot when doing anything remotely demanding. mediocre keyboard, battery life is nice, but there are faster options for the price of one worth getting.

Lmao terrible take. I’m compiling in Xcode and android studio simultaneously and it gets mid warm
There is an ltt video that shows the palm rest gets .5C cooler than the maximum ALLOWABLE for portable devices. A ryzen 9 5900hs or a i7 12700h will get that stuff done in way less time.

I can't even get mine warm. I miss the warmth a little, since the metal against my legs is a little chilly.
