That seems clearly different as basically a service of dealing with the legal system. It’s unfair to drag sophisticated people into our courts and not provide them with someone who understands what the words said mean.

It also still fits as "rights are prohibitions on the government" They cannot prosecute you unless they give you a lawyer But yes it's not a "right" in the way that free speech is

No, no, it’s better as typed, in fact the sophisticated people have even gone further actually and have argued that it’s unfair to hold them accountable never mind bring them to a courtroom over anything, after all they already always “take full responsibility”
