I don’t think the idea would be a permanent edit, but one in a short grace period to fix typos or slight rephrasing.

This is one of those things that sounds like it should be simple, but probably involves enough microservices to cause one to take up drinking sterno.

I’d be surprised actually that adding an edit button is a massive systems problem. They solved the fundamental problems years ago.

They’re on a kappa architecture, the main stuff that would probably suck is just any downstream serving layer caching. But they’ve already paved mutations on eg delete flags.
