What do we do with all the defi/crypto people when it crashes? Just send them back to their old marketing and fast food jobs?

They'll just rebuild. I doubt such a catastrophic crash is on the way but if it is, it'll go like the winters of AI and VR before it: another low-visibility growth cycle before emerging with new strength & value
