Why does it take large tech companies months to ship features that individual guys can make in a day?

Individual guys don't have to worry about accessibility, backward compatibility, regression, review process, probably doesn't even have a testing suite, not having to consult with dedicated UX resource, etc

Bureaucratic red tape, screen sizes, browser compatibility, support on iOS and Android, skew between services, release process, QA, code review/ quality, etc
