Why Russian culture has never resulted in cultured people? All Russian states since Muscovia are horrible tyrannies. One of the reasons is that Russian culture is soaked with supremacism, expansionism, appraisal of tyrants.

Not erase. Just be more critical about it. Dostoevsky for example. Moral authority, embodiment of russian soul? But he was a prominent ani-semite, anti-catholic, polish-hater, religious zealot. That all shows in his works. You must keep that in mind when reading his shit.
