If Russia is actually commandeering random civilian vehicles for their logistics effort then this is over. You literally cannot maintain a fleet like that. I’m in disbelief about how bad this is going. They could actually lose.

*If true*, possibly downstream of corruption. Your truck has to work because you use it to drive down to the store every week or two. And you know it works because you did that. A military vehicle?
