Poland has 29 MIG-29A/UBs Bulgaria has 16 MIG-29UBs but I don’t think they would give them up right now Slovakia has 10 MIG-29ASs There are also some older ones kicking around in storage in other countries

I wouldn't be surprised if the US brings over F-15E and F-15C/D to cover for Bulgaria if they give them up. F-22s probably will arrive as well which are a hell of a lot better individually than the MiGs are collectively.

He’s saying the US will basically be responsible for Bulgaria’s air defence if they decide to give all of their MiGs to Ukraine, as they will then be defenceless in the air
