If you're a bad guy you should always evaluate your offensive plans with "Will this be so ballsy and over the top that all good men will unite against me?" because when that happens its usually game over Pearl harbor, 9/11, Ukraine invasion

It doesn't matter how fragmented and stupid your enemies are, if you really hit them with an escalation like this then *of course* they will have to set aside everything, come together, and bury you. Good guy West Wing douchebags live for this kind of moment

Prediction: even if Ukraine loses, the West has won by collectively realizing that there's more important things than cultural wars. Our real enemies will have a much harder time dividing us after this.
