Probably lower-middle-class, surprisingly. Highly dependent on location/community, though.

^^^ that. My mum lives in a small town in Northern England, she moved there relatively recently from the Midlands. She quite rapidly got to know everyone on her street, people from Church, local women’s institute etc…
