    To date selling spectrum has never resulted in broadband in rural America. No different this time. Allow spectrum sharing to those willing to build and disrupt the industry.

    I actually cant remember, when last time seen such a huge amount of posts on Weibo and Wechat about critizising officials handling of desaster. Normally it gets censored shortly after. As its not a one point but lasting desaster, CCP likely taking steps to tighten censorship now
