    I don’t expect you to agree w/ me all the time (and frankly I am not always right)... my own family does not always agree w/ me...but as long as you and I are talking and listening to each other, that is what is needed...and we are more apt to find solutions for problems that way

    I have years and years of being decent on the air and they know me.They know I would not do that. It was to punish me and try to sever my relationship with viewers. It was not a good motive. Plus think this - Fox let Megyn Kelly say goodbye and MSNBC let Hugh Hewitt say goodbye

    But haven't there been instances where disgruntled employees use this air time to trash their soon to be former employer? Makes good general sense to dismiss them quickly

    It may not hold up in court but being bankrupted by legal fees and blackballed by the industry is too high a price to pay. Has there ever been a journalist whistleblow on a news organization?

    Whiny? Term used for women who defend their integrity...Relevant? I find the state of journalism relevant and don’t know why you do not. My experience pulls back the curtain on it (note that NDAs do the opposite)

    My husband worked at a sports radio station for 25 years. Last year new owners came in & before his show they told him they weren’t renewing his contract and he was done. They didn’t let him say goodbye & other shows weren’t allowed to say his name. Done. 25 years.

    I had not done anything bad (lying and sexual harassment others did) so both Fox and MSNBC could have been decent about letting me say goodbye-it certainly would not have hurt them but they wanted to punish me and look rude to the viewers (I am not a liar or rude)

    Your not alone remember Ann curry? That was awful she was a true journalist I thought too! You and she just gone!
