Unfortunately it takes years to see whether this pans out or simply results in more false +s and harm. Among other issues, consider the cost of treatment vs. early detection and simple removal. Key is to avoid overtreatment of early stage disease. Keep in mind, Stage 4 remains incurable - cost of managing that? (Never mind the early deaths). I've written a lot on this, all for now
