And it’s also not evidence in favor of the status quo (no masks). Somehow many people only consider the question of the evidence in favour of mask wearing, and don't consider the amount of evidence in favour of no masks.

And, so often, medical people only consider how much masks may help an *individual*. So if a cloth mask was only, say, 10% effective this would b seen as a small amount. But they overlook how much effect tt 10% would have on a *population* and *exponential* spread of the virus

we need masks in the hospital but we’ll never have enough PPE unless we address people spreading sickness at the top of the funnel.
