Help me understand why I think this therapy should be used. I’m not a trump guy also not a dem. Looking at the anecdotal evidence lots of md’s think it’s efficacious. Others aren’t sure. What’s the harm in trying given the known risks? Should we really wait for these studies?

Because we have dozens of potentially much better drugs it’s best not to get our hopes falsely attached to this or any one drug unless there’s a true strong signal towards benefit.
