The biggest thing in this update is that California added 75k+ negative test results and only 1300 new positives. This must be a reporting restatement. It's a HUGE change in the testing metrics for the state, and it is very good news, if the numbers can be believed.

It's a REALLY unusual change. No other state has had anything similar. Given that, it's important to caveat that the change must be looked at *a little* skeptically until we hear more about what happened. I live in CA and I am v v v happy at this news. -

fits in with what we’re seeing across the bay area... hospital admissions a better lagging indicator have been mostly flat/slow linear growth. So cal might be different however.
