Don't understand why National Guard is not mobilized and testing centers/quarantine/treatment facilities open at universities/schools that are currently closed. This is putting far too much strain on family doctors and certainly the ERs are not equipped to deal with this.

we need basic masks and PPE at the front lines. We need testing and reagents for testing. It seems priority to manufacture these things should have started months ago when the hoarders emptied the shelves
