been doing IF since 2012 before it was cool. Very convenient 1 less meal to worry about and lets me pretty much eat what I want without worrying about weight gain. It's flexible- I'll eat breakfast if I want to and never turn down a morning donut

that sounds somewhat similar to my attitude & how I ate when I had a fully fledged eating disorder.

it’s obviously not meant for those with eating djsorders. But for almost everyone else and those struggling with obesity the best diet is probably “less”. This makes it easy and works for me and thousands of others. It’s not for everyone.
