Honestly there are lots of textbooks out there but POCUS isn’t a skill you can learn from reading books or watching videos until you’ve done a bit of basic scanning first. Learners need to begin with hands-on teaching.

And yet I, for one, would appreciate if you could point to the most complete/comprehensive guide you know, please :)
