I think this is Asboe Hansen sign (indirect Nikolsky sign) as the lateral edge of ruptured blistered is being extended. In contrast, Nikolsky is peeling of unaffected skin. I might be wrong. Anyways, great video. Thanks

Asboe-Hansen sign is the extension of an unruptured blister with the application of pressure. Best-detected by drawing a margin around the bulla prior.pic.twitter.com/noUyK92Ibf
