Most common finding is sinus tachycardia. S1Q3T3 yes (but only seen in ~15% of cases). Look for new RBBB, RAD, ST depression in inferior, septal and anterior leads. All see here. This patient also had a “D sign” on bedside echo in the parasternal short view.
