Any recs from #medtwitter on how to collate/organize learning points from other users for future reference? I've seen so many excellent graphics, #postitpearls, tweetorials, etc that I don't want to lose track of! Has to be a better way than copying + pasting to Evernote. #meded

The Pinterest algorithm seems to combine your interests, so for me “sewing” + “occasional medical stuff” = “how to customise dolls so they have the same trache/PEG tube as their child”. Not complaining.

We’re trying to build a wiki pinterest-meets-instagram-meets-google-image-search strictly for medical reference. Definitely a work in progress but would appreciate any users or feedback.
