Unpopular opinion about resident wellness: fasting isn’t that bad, some think it actually has a lot of benefits. I usually eat but the trick is not to beat yourself up or feel bad if you don’t. You’re not starving, you will survive, it’s not that big of a deal.
been doing IF for years. typically eat last meal around 6-8pm, next meal 12-2pm. If you stay hydrated (coffee/tea) I find I am much more focused whereas if I eat a donut or breakfast I get distractingly ravenous within a few hours

Is THAT what it's called. I call it, "I'm working, I'll eat when I'm hungry." Have to go tell the wife: I'm not an irresponsible boy-child, I'm "intermittently fasting."
