Tilting if it is a rotational movement along the long axis.
Rotational movement to me implies that the mark on the probe is moving clockwise or counterclockwise. I just call that rotation?
Having said that, I use both “fan” and “tilt” to describe that movement
I’ve used this image in my knobolgy modules and low and behold it is from this paper! I use fan for short axis movements. I use rock for long axis movement.pic.twitter.com/BZSwZ8t0fo
