the TPA issue isn't directly relevent to IM because they aren't involved in the decision to give it. what I would love would be a curbsiders episode with
@drjohnm discussing the ORBITA trial and which indications for cath are/aren't evidence based. pretty please, would be epic. -
fair point! but I would say watching Jerry Hoffman debate this issue introduced me to the value of EBM and FOAMed and it’s important that more impartial voices like
@drjohnm weigh in on this 20 year debate :)

We do take requests! We have a running list of ideas, and I'll add this. We also have our monthly journal club episodes, and tPA in IM might be a worthy topic for that if a new article comes out.
