Source of pt's sepsis - bacterial orchitis. Heterogenous testicle with areas of necrosis/abscess with absent flow, reactive hydrocele, and other areas of increased flow on spectral doppler. 40% of cases have high flow being the only US finding. #FOAMed #FOAMus #POCUS #ouch pic.twitter.com/TEGnhRQStZ
