Nice post! For Fresnel, are you using / have you compared to the version parametrized by the "complex IOR" with the extinction coefficient?

We're not solving the Fresnel term using a complex IOR in Stingray (we use predefined reflectivities [angle = 0 : 4%, angle = 90 :100%]
