@TeamYouTube Hi! in our end cards we are experiencing a glitch where we can't link to an iTunes link - any ideas on what the problem could be?

we've tried in firefox & chrome - we get to this screen, click 'next,' get a spinning "loading" for about 1s, then are bounced back to this same screenpic.twitter.com/oVlVLzJ4UL
other approved merch sites do generate an end screen element successfully. so it appears to be an issue btw youtube->iTunes.

That's odd, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If you need a how-to, this guide is helpful: https://goo.gl/dwzcyo . Also, try using a different browser or in Incognito mode and requesting review. Hope this helps!

clearing cache/cookies didn't help. doesn't work in incognito.

I had a similar issue last week where I couldn't link to my approved website, it said the feature wasn't enabled. YT told me it was a glitch. It's back now.
