Will someone describe to me in plain English why “people [REALLY] first” is obvious to sports coach, symphony conductor, ER/ICU chief, nuclear power plant boss, or fire chief or police chief ... it is NOT obvious to the average business leader? FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE EXPLAIN.

I love our country. I’ve served as a soldier for nearly 17 years, deployed twice to the Middle East, & served in Congress for over 7 years. If Hillary & allies can destroy my reputation by portraying me as a traitor to the country I love, they can do it to anyone.

Promise Theory solves for this. What your flow describes is the push/imposition of a promise, which does not & cannot scale. (You and I discussed the imposition of promises years ago.) Merry Christmas! See also

Adam Davidson’s new book, The Passion Economy, is a solid gold winner. Extraordinary stories of “normal” people creating extraordinary businesses. Heartening beyond measure. And within the reach of any one of us.

“We’re so sick of corruption in government. Let’s keep re-electing the same government.” Voters and Stockholm syndrome. Will the feds impact the primary?

The ProPublica/NYT big story on McKinsey is a must read for those in the gig economy. Underlines how, despite the overlap in methods and models, our world is fundamentally different from the Big 3 consulting world. This is NOT how indie consulting works.

We need to change the way to change. Everyone must see themselves as a possible change manager. No way a radical systemic change can come from the top.
