@gregkh 1) the product managers don't like us to change the kernel (we already had to convince them to use stable to benefit from you work). -
@Longfield it's just a "number" change the kernel and don't tell the project managers, they'll never know the difference...

@Longfield fix the "unmerged vendor code" problem, it's costing you real money, and time. Then you will not have this type of issue at all.
