Supreme Court is slowly eroding public health protections under the guise of protecting religious liberty. This will endanger people of faith first & foremost. No matter the legal logic, the lay reading is: it's safe to gather indoors if you're praying.https://www.nytimes.com/2021/04/10/us/supreme-court-coronavirus-prayer-meetings.html?smid=tw-share …

If people are ignorant enough to not apply protective methods then they may suffer even die. I have no sorrow for anyone who doesn’t respect science and medicine

Religious liberty is freedom FROM religion as much as FOR religion. If the state is going to referee whose rights are being served and whose are being trampled, fine, but be fair and just about it.

"No matter the legal logic, the lay reading is: it's safe to gather indoors if you're praying." That's your interpretation and it's not the correct reading. Also, your dismissal of the "legal logic" is concerning. This is a #1A matter despite the public health implications.

So the Supreme Court is now justifying rampant spread of a disease in the name of religious freedom? What about the rights of the majority to live?
