As soon as you see the words courts, prosecute, rule-breakers, you know you're in the land of coercion, shame, punishment. Devolving the responsibility of policing to students, doesn't make it better.
Makes it worse, IMO. The language in that article suggested to me that the university deputized the students against one another? That's the worst of possible worlds.
