Masks aren't disruptive. That's the bit that drives me insane.

I wear a mask, but I think it's important to be honest about the fact that it is a choice that has a negative side. It is harder to communicate with hard of hearing folks and I'm breaking out all the time. It's definitely disruptive to my life.

That’s true. And if they derive the sum total if their news from Fox, they really don’t get it. But it is a sad commentary on Americans that we only care if it impacts us. If it’s not us… Well then? Does it really make that much difference? I honestly thought we were better.

Exactly! All the people who say "see masks don't work people are still getting it!" We really have no way of knowing how many people have been protected from infection by the precautions we've taken.
