AOC grew up in a wealthy suburb, went to one of the most expensive colleges in America, makes a six figure salary, drives a Tesla, lives above a whole foods, and is currently at an event that costs more to attend than America's average personal income

I guess none of these things really change or make her policy stances less authentic. One can be rich and still think they ought to be taxed more. I don't see any evidence from her platform that suggests she somehow wants to take everyone else's money while keeping her own.

I mean, yeah, a median household income of $96,413 a year could classify as a “wealthy suburb,” but not when 23 miles away it’s $452,041, or 13 miles away it’s $233,917. We’re in *New York*

Good For her. Her education and upbringing apparently gave her the ability to be a Congresswoman and attend society functions with grace and self confidence. She’s using her education for good.
