        She walked into the path of the horse, without looking, 1.5 seconds before the horse would’ve been there. The fault is not all on the cop.

        Have you ridden a horse? I’d wager not, and judging by the speed of the horse and time it took the horse to get there the horse was at the rear of the vehicle when she stepped in front. She would’ve been hit by the horse regardless.

        I have horses. He made no attempt to stop that animal. Crowd control horses are highly trained. They don't accelerate through people without pressure from rider. Check his heels. In the horse's side. Pushing him forward. No reining him back.

        I have stopped a *trotting* horse in less distance than he stopped that walking one, & without any force. Either the horse is poorly trained, the *rider* is poorly trained, or the rider gives no fucks about how to safely handle the horse in a crowd (and I know what my bet is)
