It's the audacity of claiming they've been arrested for failing to move when requested after being broadcast live, and told it was broadcast live, with the reporter repeatedly asking where the police wanted them to move to!

They should have. But the "Miranda rights" actually applies to all US citizens as the 5th. The Miranda case just meant that all citizens need be aware of these rights when they are most important, being arrested, as to protect your 5th Amndt right from self-incrimination.
