so I did a first testdrive of MCU2 retrofit. I must tell you that IC2 is way-way more responsive and lag free compared to IC1 so whoever was telling me IC2 is equally laggy, you have not been using IC1 for a wile I guess. I can also confirm hw3 backup cam view is jerky somehow.

IC is the new "Screen only" instrument cluster. time depends on your ability to take Tesla dash apart (lots of annoying clips!) reprogramming details cannot be published for obvious reasons that I still want it all to be working in the future ;)

I am doing the MCU update ASAP since one of the cars will drive till its mechanically possible. At least 250K miles.
