    Developers & architects using steel are responsible for the mining, transporting & burning of metallurgical coal, much of it sourced from Australia 9000 miles away. Industry MUST shift to responsible steel produced by EAF or this awesome hydrogen solution:

    YES YES YES the sector IS changing - better dialogue between investors and the property industry CAN create the market conditions we need to accelerate the transition. It's happening and as more players come to the table it's going to happen even faster.

    “If you’re looking for a line, there’s not a line.” -David Solomon, CEO of , which just last month very explicitly drew a line on not funding new coal & Arctic oil development. Bank executives can try to have it both ways, but they all know where things are headed.
